Automatic shipment

After several days of panic waiting for my order, I finally called only to learn that my account was very messed up. Again! I ended up getting supplies from Amazon. My 3 month order went in on June 27, I did not receive it until July 12th. If it is going to take 2 weeks to get a delivery, I suggest your customers get a 2 week lead on their order. It's just too stressful to run out of product.

they fixed the order quick

We have been trying to correct the order since last Spring. The order finally got corrected after multiple calls from the Doctor and myself. However, it was 5 weeks late before this was all handled.

I think that communications from the staff could have been better.
