Service was great from my initial phone call to the delivery of my supplies. Representatives are always courteous ,professional and knowledgeable. And delivery is very quick. Would highly recommend this service.

Always receive a notification to remind me when my insurance company says I am eligible to order new supplies. And the supplies arrive quickly, packaged discreetly, and neatly organized. Have NEVER had a problem in the 4 years since I received my ileostomy. And the representatives are friendly and courteous.

The customer service rep (Faith) was outstanding while helping me get my brother set up for supplies. She handled the issue with professionalism and determination to solve the problem with one phone call. I felt relieved and comfortable in the fact that he would have the supplies on time.
