Still waiting for the catheters I ordered twelve days ago. “ Weather delay”. Makes no sense, they shipped three days after the order was placed. Why three days to process? In the past, I would reorder when I reached a one month supply (so as not to run out), but Comfort would not send my supplies because they claimed that I had too much on hand. Now I order when I open my last box. Result; reusing catheters, for the fourth day. Comfort needs to take weather delays and lost packages into account and allow for earlier reorders. Running out of a medical necessity is not only inconvenient, but unhealthy.

It was a great experience as I needed assistance and it was readily and expertly provided. This has been difficult as my mom is in an assisted living and we were trying to figure out correct products literally long distance. Thank you for your service and products.

I the patient did not order anything it was done by my doctor's staff; received a lot of merchandise not needed at this time ;Just starting getting my change of FOLEY catheter done at home on account of my disability. You are pushing your merchandise on patients unaware of the needs and cost. Waiting for more information from my doctor regarding my needs and what to expect as cost

The first person I worked with to set up my initial order was great. She was very friendly and helpful, she made sure I had everything I needed ordered for my first purchase. I called a few days later to see if orders had been obtained and when it would ship. This person was not as friendly, seemed eager to get off the phone. This person said multiple times that my order was shipping that day we were speaking and that she would have it overnighted. I was just about out of supplies and needed them ASAP. Unfortunately the supplies did not arrive until 3-4 days later. I’m hoping that in the future if I do need supplies overnighted that this will actually be done as stated.
