Excellent Customer service!!! I had sooo many questions, and she answered all of my questions. She went over my order, assured me that all the items I ordered are covered by insurance, and confirmed the delivery time frame. Her kindness, patients, advice and suggestions were very much appreciated. Thank you very much for making the order process easy and stress-free! You made such a difference to me with the ordering process. Thank you!

Do not like method when call to place order - someone takes message and then someone else in theory calls back in 24-48 hours. Then if miss that call have to go through same process again.

The reordering process was pretty simple. When Comfort medical contacted my Dr's office for a updated perscription an error occurred. I was not notified, no update from the company NOTHING. I waited, waited, and waited some more, I attempted to contact Comfort medical (I was on hold for 45mins) finally I was able to speak to someone. They explained the "issue" asked me how many caths I currently had available which was ZERO! I had been cleaning and reusing catheters at that point for THREE DAYS! The woman assured me I would have some emergency supplies delivered OVER NIGHT and that my original order would arrive the following Monday. NO EMERGENCY SUPPLIES ARRIVED, ORIGINAL ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL THREE DAYS AFTER PROMISED. Due to cleaning/reusing the intermittent catheters I developed...A INFECTION, I wonder how that happened? During my "wait" period I was able to secure the exact catheter/supplies from a competitor company. I have reached out you to manage/ make arrangements to return the entire supply of catheters to your company...I still haven't received any correspondence back. Help please?

Nothing ever goes right. always a problem with orders. Can't order because I have visiting nurses that I'm loosing as of tomorrow. I want to find another supplier because Comfort Medical is become completely incompetent! Now sure why. But I'm tired of having to be concerned if my supplies are going to run out or not. I suggest the company remember what it is like to be in need of medical supplies and not so concerned about the dollar. stop being paper pushers and start caring about ppl in need. Now I know I don't bother getting to the main topic here/. but I also don't think it matters because the company really doesn't care. if they did they'd show it through the quality of care the provide and that is dismal at best!

Ordered my refill online with the email sent to my email address. I received the catheters in a timely manor. The only thing about the delivery that was messed up was that my old prescription was filled, not my most current prescription sent to Comfort Medical. I called customer service waited in the queue for ten minutes, selected option one for a call back, a ledy took my information and put my call back into the queue. I think this is an odd way of operation, maybe think on doing on what your system tells the customer waiting???

Your Spanish speaking representative was the rudest person I have ever talked to, constantly interrupting while I was talking, had to tell her I wasn’t complaining instead I was telling her the story of what happened. Regardless of what I said she blamed it on me and the system that was going through an update. Again interrupted me in the middle of me trying to say I had talked to another rep. Anywho, very unhappy the way she talked to me and the way my problem was resolved. It took another week to get my order when she stated it was being overnighted.

The past two orders have had problems. This order took longer to ship than in the past and required a follow up call to check status. In addition I was shorted two items. Fortunately the rep that I deal with resolved both problems very efficiently. I find the new phone systems very frustrating to use. I prefer to deal with one rep but trying to get to her is very time consuming.

I am very disappointed with your company!!!!!!!!!!! You sent 13 items that I did NOT order, do not want and will never use!!!!! I was supposed to get my exact items from my last order only and I will be notifying my insurance company that my order was wrong and not to pay for the 13 items! I expect a return label from you to return them. I will also be looking for another company to provide my ostomy supplies. I have enough medical issues that I should not have to deal with the incompetence of your company!!!!
