Someone at Comfort Medical decided to ship my order via FedEx, even though my shipping address is a USPS Box, and all previous orders have been sent via USPS. Someone called early one morning saying "the computer requires a physical address." I said that the PO Box is my shipping address. I do NOT want important packages dumped on my front porch when I may or may not be available to collect them, or in extreme heat or extreme cold weather. I pay more than $200 a year to have mail, including parcels, securely delivered to my post office box. Because Comfort Medical decided to ship via FedEx, rather than picking up the order from a locker at the post office less than one mile from my home, I had to spend nearly an hour driving to the FedEx warehouse to pick up the package. The FedEx people were very nice, and even carried the package out to the visitor parking for me. But this is a major fail for Comfort Medical.

Back and forth with doctors office info sent and not received. Waited 3 days. Heard nothing. Contacted another company and then got email from you that item was shipped. No call you received doctors info.. no text. Spoke with three different people without return calls. Just put in new order yesterday at noon and nothing yet. Doctor sent new script at 1230 yesterday still no nothing. ?

Excellent service, very familiar with my prescription and my issues, felt like an extension of my Dr's office

We had been looking for a good company to buy condom catheters and drainage bags. We tried three major companies when I stumbled upon Comfort Medical. Obviously, I was leery to try yet another company since we struggled so much with the other companies. Thankfully, I didn't let me fears get in the way and I tried Comfort Medical. Since then my son has received his condom catheters and drainage bags on schedule. I don't have to keep calling them to make sure supplies are coming because they are always on top of the re-ordering. Thank you Comfort Medical, you have really made a huge difference in our lives.

MelissaYVAguirre the account representativell I deal with over the phone is very professional and courteous nice and very polite and she always keeps me updated and in the loop every so often as well as to what the status is and what’s going on with my medical supply orders etc.

I'm not sure who to tell this to but I'm hoping this will get to the right person. All I wanted to do is make a simple change on my order and I had to wait for someone to call me back. This makes no sense to me when i could have done it myself. You guys. are making more work for everyone else when the person could do it them self. I will be honest I almost left the company because of the way things were handled. I'm hoping that this could be changed to where the patient could change it them self. Thank You for your time.

It takes a week to get the medical supplies needed. Some of the staff I have worked with on the phone do not know what they are doing. I have found this company to be very difficult to work with especially when it comes to processing insurance claims.
