When it became necessary to reorder ileostomy supplies I learned that the company I had been using was no longer able to respond. In searching the internet I came across Comfort Medical's web page and it offered a phone number to call. Lynette Roberts took the call and listened to my situation. I was about to run out of supplies. Lynette explained details on Comfort Medical's services: just what I was looking. I signed up and told her what I needed. I was advised to contact my doctor to let themknow that they would be getting a request for a prescription. Done and now I waited. What seemed to be days later Lynette emailed me saying they had not received the prescription. Another call to the doctor to learn about the problem and get them to call Comfort Med. Time had elapsed and the need for supplies was now critical. Lynette emailed me that afternoon indicating they had the necessary documents: she had put in the order and it would ship the next day. Wow! What personalized service. I did receive my supplies in two days and now Comfort Medical will be my new supplier. Thank you Lynette and Comfort Medical

I was not impressed from the beginning of service with Comfort Medical. I received a call to see if I was ready for a reorder, when I in fact did need to reorder supplies. I was transferred to another agent to then reorder, not sure why they could not do that to start with. The items then do not get ordered until after your last send date, which is very inconvenient when you are out of supplies. The last few months my supplies were late and I did not have any left over to use. I was finally able to reach Nichole Henn and she did a great job of overnighting my supplies, extras and what more I needed to have on hand before my next order arrived. Nichole made my experience so much better to keep with Comfort Medical and give them another chance.

I have yet to receive my ordered equipment. Was sent to doctors office, they don’t have it yet. Would work better if it was just sent to my home, I don’t have time to keep going to the physicians office b
