Switched to Sensura Mio after decades with another, discontinued brand. After locking in on a new system Comfort Medical reached out with helpful service and communication to ease the transition. Their customer service rep Sarah Johnson has been patient and outstanding. Deliveries spotty only because FedEx has been inconsistent.

Worst company ever I will not recommend it the supplies no good quality, overpriced they harassing you for misunderstanding between my insurance and them they took over a year to charge me for crappy supplies

Comfort Medical has given me great service. My Ostomy Supplies always arrive in perfect condition. They are always sent promptly and they have never let me run out.

I was having a problem with leakage. I contacted Comfort Medical team and with their help they sent me what I needed to prevent leakage. They are constantly improving the equipment and making sure they inform me. They also give you the opportunity to get samples to see if the product is what want. I had to have a colonoscopy and they sent me the equipment I needed so I did not have to worry about taking the prep and not having to worry about it during the night. I would highly recoment Comfort Medical.
