Ordered supplies from these people on February 18th of this year over 9 days later I still have no supplies they continue to blame my doctor's office and I've been treated extremely rudely by any number of people at this company $1 million percent would not recommend it please try another supplier as these people are incompetent incapable and ignorant of the people they're trying to serve zero stars is the only thing I could give if it were possible. I've spoken to at least five different people and there has been no resolution as of the date of the writing of this complaint if you're reading this and hoping to become their customer do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague they can't even do Saturday shipping after their screw up so we're left to fend for ourselves congratulations I guess I can just tape a Walmart bag to my side

I’m am blessed to have had this surgery to save my life. But wasn’t till now with these new coloplast products that I realized creators really considered the ostamate experience. I use cimfort medical because they know what I need and ship it out when I need it.the staff is super friendly and leave you feeling satisfied, knowing your supplies are on the way and you get what you ordered.i recommend them to whom ever needs regular supplies shipped to them. W Hassel

I have been receiving catheters from Comfort Medical monthly for the last seven months. All of my orders were accurate and on time. All of my dealings with the personnel at Comfort Medical have been professional and cordial with no problems. I am sorry to read of other people having problems because that has not been my experience with Comfort Medical.

Comfort Medical went above and beyond to help us. My mother didn't tell me she was just about out of catheters, and I forgot to check until it was almost too late. Comfort medical went out of their way to help us, and really did save us from probably having to bring mom to the emergency department. We won't forget what they did for us, and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

They always let me know when it's almost time to be refilled, and they always come on time.

Ordered catheters with their "automated" phone ordering system on 12/5. It is now 12/13 and no catheters. I called, no one answers, only option is to palce an order. Went online to message Vomfort. Haven' had a response there either. When I placed the order I responded to the question as to hpw many days supply I had left, I entered "10"Fortunately, I found some in my car. I hope enough to get me through. Today is Sat. and I won't be able to speak with someone until Monday. I had the same problem earlier in the year. I had actually placed an order with a live person. Over 1 week later, no catheters. Had to call and reorder.
