You sent one extra Box of Pouches in my order. The barriers should equal the pouches.

There was an issue as to when supplies could be sent to the house. I do not know what changed but supplies were promptly delivered. We were very thankful for that

I had surgery,I needed different appliances till the swelling went down. My order for December was already sent with my usual order. I called and asked for different flanges and bags. The person I talked to said I could take the adhesive wipes and rings out of the box and send the bags and flanges back. she gave me a return # .FedEx picked it up. I was suppose to get new flanges and bags convatec. As of today no order. I'm down to 1 appliance, called and you folks said there was a problem with the insurance. Still no order for December. What am I to do???😪

I don't know how I became a Comfort Medical customer. I certainly can't remember being recommended to contact Comfort Medical. However I became a customer it has been a Godsend. My new supply of catheters arrived yesterday. This morning I used the last of my prior supply. At no time was I worried because I knew C/M would come through. Thank you very much for being so dependable. Your service is the very best. I have no difficult rating C/M 5 stars. If the scale went higher, I would rate at the top of the scale whatever it was.
