Excelente Compañia muy a tiempo todo el medicamento siempre lo tengo en mi casa a la fecha que me dice y me indica. He tenido experiencia con otra compañía y ha sido terrible y con ellos con Confor esta compañía es una experiencia excelente y no me ha faltado ni un solo Artículo de y stomach a sido satisfactoria de experiencias que tenido y si tuviera que recomendar lo recomendaría al 100%.

I received an email informing me I had an account balance. I called for 3 days to pay it but a recording just said all agents were busy and someone would call back. Didn’t happen for 3 days. Very disappointing.

It comes 2 weeks earlier than I need it. Otherwise it was ok.

The order arrived in a timely fashion. The only problem was the usual beat up shipping box that was in bad shape. It was partially crushed down on one end and a corner was totally split open. Of the orders I have received from Comfort Medical only one box was proper and of the correct size to keep the cartons of catheters inside from bouncing around and being popped open or squashed partially. You have a problem with using shipping cartons over and over again apparently. this is really a concern and I worry about the condition and saety of the catheters when shipped this way.

Promptly received my order. So appreciate that!

Because it was easier for me to order my husband's catheters, I've been doing it since 2016. I have spoken to many people who worked for Comfort Medical during this time and I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone has been very friendly, cooperative and helpful. And, I thank you.....
