Supplies aren’t sent to me as ordered and shipping shipping is up to 1 week when supplies are urgently needed.

I am always pleased with my service that I receive from Comfort Medical. I’ve been with you for 6 yrs and plan on staying with you. Between Comfort Medical, and Coloplaste I’m very satisfied.

Everything went very well after final approval. Arrival was timely. Case is very nice, but catheters do not fit within the case without bending. Not as happy with the catheter as hoped. Catheter is very stiff which makes use more uncomfortable.

I ordered product on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday.
