When my husband first got his Ostomy we used a different company for his supplies and then we found Comfort Medical, I have talked with many Comfort Medical employees and everyone is always friendly and if I have a problem that they do not have a answer for they get someone who can help me. When we have a problem I know I can call Comfort Medical and explain the problem and they will help either by sending us items to try to correct the problem, sometimes it helps just to have someone listen and explain what you might be doing wrong or to just tell you that what your doing is the right thing.

Happily surprised with the quality of all aspects of Comfort Medical. Their customer reps are considerate, knowledgeable, and don't try to hurry you along. Requested items arrive quickly and well packed. And, if something needs to be returned, then the policies are most reasonable, and the service is fast. Delighted they're my supplier.

Products are of average quality. But what sets Comfort Medical apart from other medical supply companies is the fact that they value your time as a customer too. They get back to you when they say they will and the wait on the phone, when you contact them is usually minimal.

i received my products inn a timely fashion after you finally got a script from my doctor He was out of the country for the period I was trying to change suppliers. .I am just sorry I wasn't recontacted once you got the prescription. I am dealing with a skin condition and my needs are changing. I was also disappointed that I never received a email that the order shipped until after I recontacted Joanne Folk...after numerous emails i finally got a email showing the tracking number.
