I get very angry when I try to reorder and I'm I used too many and I need to contact my doctorl why can't you all do it? And then it takes 10 days to 2 weeks for me to get the catheters. I'M NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY AND i AM THINKING OF CHANGING.

I ordered my usual supply on 7-19-2021, when I still didn't have them by the 3rd of August, I got concerned. I called your number and was advised they were on back order. It puzzles me that I was not informed of this until I made the call. Anyway all is well that ends well. A substitute cath was shipped and I got them in a few days. Very similar to what I had been using, so I am pleased.

All staff members I have spoken to have been extremely courteous and helpful getting me signed up as a new customer for my ostome supplies and getting everything set up with my insurance company and making sure prescription was received by my doctor. Got me the needed supplies over night and contacted me to make sure I received them and they were correct. Very impressed and thankful.
