Very prompt service!

I spoke with your rep. Yvonne on 8/5/21. She said she's fedexing my order that day. I had been unable to reach her (phone tag). I did not receive an order until 8/16/21. That left me without product for weeks. This was too long for a FedEx order and has caused apprehension on my part. After speaking with Coloplast again, I will stay to see how the next delivery goes.

The wrong drainage bag and tubes were sent, the problem was corrected with the right ones shipped the next morning.

I was in a dire need of supplies and I reached out to Comfort Medical who then ordered my supplies. They shipped them out over night on a Friday but I did not receive them in a day. It wasn’t until the weekend passed that I received them on Monday afternoon. I appreciate them sending them out as fast as they could and they have no control what happens after it leaves their doors. Thank you Comfort Medical. You guys have done your best.
