I had to call at least five times before I received my first order. I had to go between my rep and my doctor to get the order initially filled. My rep didn't seem to do the follow up needed and I had to keep reminding her about the importance of my need for supplies. Other than that everyone was very nice and once my initial order was set up, my supplies came in a timely manner. I shall see how my next refill goes, they tell me once it's set up each month will be quick and easy.
