Great reorder and delivery program

Easy reorder online. Products came within a few days, packed well and in good shape.

Very friendly and fast service

Received the wrong items twice! Spent two days and several calls to straighten out the mess. Was finally able to connect with Nicole in Customer Service that was able to arrange for delivery of the correct products and pick up for wrong products that were shipped to me. Didn’t give me much confidence in this health care provider. Fortunately the wrong deliveries were not life threatening!

I had a great experience with Comfort supplies after getting the run around with the previous company I was with. The woman I talked to was so pleasant and accommodating. She really seemed like she cared. I’m sticking with this company!

The people I interacted with, especially Christine and Athena, were exceptional. Very helpful, professional and friendly, however, we did not receive the product in a timely manner. My son, a quadriplegic, uses intermintint catheters. Due to a change in insurance, we were running late getting this new account created. Christine was great, expediting the process and we got a delivery date of Saturday, Feb. 5th. When nothing arrived on the 5th, Fed Ex posted the delivery date as "pending." By Monday, nothing had arrived and I called in was told the shipment had been lost, but the warehouse was expediting a new order and would arrive on Tuesday, Mar. 1. Nothng came, so I called again and was told the same info, but the new delivery date was Thursday, Mar. 5. We ran out of catheters on Wednesday morning, however the place where my son goes for Physical Therapy had some donated to them and was able to cover us. If not for them, my son would have had to go to the emergency hospital to be cathetered. The product did arrive this morning and we are good now. I like working with Comfort Medical and so long as this never occurs again, will continue to do so.
