Had surgery 3 weeks ago. Never been through this before. Trying to understand all the products and what they’re used for has been overwhelming. Ordering was somewhat difficult. Didn’t know that suppliers were different companies. Repeatedly asked which supplier I’d like to use…. I had no idea. Finally one was picked for me.

We needed help and guidance. My husband just had surgery in January. The bag and ordering is all new to us. I received excellent help and guidance. We were out of the bags that worked for him and we got them over night. It was a great help to us both.

Thanks so much to your representative for suggesting the new womens catheter, it is just what we, as women needed. It is smaller in initial size but telescopes to a little longer than the old ones which makes it easier to use. I am in my 80's and really appreciate the upgrade and ease of use over the old one.

i havent used your supplies yet because i only change my catheter every 2 weeks. your service in getting them to me was excellent though. claude.
