My experience wad refreshing to say the least. Staff was professional and courteous. They took care of everything from getting a current prescription to letting me know the parameters of my insurance. After having a problem constantly with my previous osteomy supply I am feeling very Blessed to be connected Ted with Comfort Medical

order was shipped too soon ,asked to ship on3/02/22 ,received at least a week early , hard to plan when they too early,

This was my first IC script and required about 7 days of phone calls over a week just to get something for a month supply. Spoke to many agents who would look at my account and give totally different status updates on order status. I wait on hold with music, then switches to ringing, but no one ever answered. Have to call back and wait 3+ times to get a person. Requested a sample and different FR size. Ended up proceeding not with what I wanted but couldn’t wait. Agent said i could call back up til 7 pm est, but the automated phone system blocks at 5 pm est. Follow up phone calls with order and shipment status did not happen. What was sent was short quantity and ostomy brochure sent. Asked for IC brochure but not sent with the short quantity shipment. Overall a very frustrating experience.
