Everyone is always so nice and answers any questions that you have thoroughly and they ship right on time!

We ordered bags, wafers and clean packets. Received cleaning packets and no reason why we didn't get others . We know insurance approved. The doctor doesn't call back and he is almost totally out. Service was previously great. This sucked

First contact was on March 31. It took over two weeks and two phone calls to finally get my prescription sent.

Star has been wonderful to work with on my ostomy supplies. She sent me several videos to review and offered great tips on how I could improve my life while living with my ostomy. Once I explained I was having a hard time with break throughs, she sent me several different pouch samples to try. I am now feeling more confident with my Convex pouches.
