Always attentive to my needs and questions. Staff members are the BEST!

Every month there is an issue. And I get an email saying that my daughter's order is delayed and I have to call and find out what is going on for them to tell me every single time that there is an issue with the order when it's the same order nothing has changed. I ask to talk to a Manger and get voice mail and instead of calling me back they just send my daughter's order out without telling me what the actual issue is . This month they changed supplies on me and I have called 2 different times and was supposed to get a call back for a week now and nothing and still don't have the right supplies.

Great products, very comfortable. I never worry when out in public. Easy to use products. Always on time delivery also . Customers service is top notch. Always giving me the feeling of being number one.

Didn't like protracted amount of time between initial order and actual receipt of my supplies.

It was very easy to order supplies my first time over the phone. I was advised to download the comfort medical app which I did. It’s been over a week and I am not able to set up a new account in the app. I reached out via support email and still not able to create an account.
