I am missing one item. The order came promptly but without stoma powder! It is a big hassle getting through to Comfort Medical so I've opted to go without the powder until next time.

The auto order did not say what it consisted of. It should say exactly what you're agreeing to order again.

fast delivery, accurate count, no damage

I don't know who the delivery was made by, but they totally disregarded the sign on the door requesting it be left on the back door because of porch pirates. The box was right under the sign as if they couldn't read. We got lucky this time! Please use FedEx again, they always put the boxes at the back door with a smile.
