Came through in a clutch, first order was delayed by a missing prescription and they shipped a sample to fill the gap until the prescription was received. Order received as requested and we are happy with the products at this time. New user so we are still trying to figure out what works.

My order took much longer than I anticipated. Comfort sent the Rx request to the wrong number for my doctor, but I wasn't alerted to the issue for 5 business days after ordering. They did have all of the items I ordered in stock! That's the only reason I was looking for a new supplier. They also have very kind & helpful staff.

At first I was not happy. Was told three times I would have my order overnight. That did not happen. At the end of the second week I hit a rep that took care of everything, even item out of stock. Just had to talk to the right person.

Polite, helpful, professional staff when placing my first order. I had to return some items I ordered incorrectly and the return process was every easy.

I thought I ordered cure and received Coloplast.

Reliable. Great follow through.
