I ordered and it came the next day!!!!

My order arrived safely in spite of the bad weather.

I made my first order with Comfort medical 3 weeks ago. I would have given it 5 stars if the sales representative would have given me more details about the product I was buying. However, when I posted a concern, a representative got right back to me with the details I needed. I intend to continue ordering through Comfort Medical. They have gained my trust!

I received my order the day before scheduled. That was excellent. Thank you, was happy with order and would refer friends to you.

It took longer than expected to get supplies after MD signed orders. I was told they would be delivered at least on Monday after order was placed on Friday. My dad had one appliance left. The order did not arrive. I called Comfort Medical and spoke to another sales lady and she told me that the appliances I ordered was on back order. I was not made aware of this when speaking to the sales lady on Friday. I had no appliances left for my dad. I did get the order finally and the first one I used it leaked around the seam. At this point I'm not very happy and I had ordered stoma paste and did not get.
