When I placed the order for urostomy bags, I explained to your associate that my husband has lost weight and needs a bag with a larger adhesive area. Nothing to do with the stoma. The adhesive ends in the middle of the belly button. The bag will not adhere. We currently use the 1 1/2 size bag. She sent us 2 inch, but the adhesive area is the same. I also ordered one box of the y shaped adhesives for additional support. I received 6 boxes!!!! I will check the hollister website to see if there is a bag that will accomodate.

I have only ordered from this source once, but it's customer service is far better than others I have ordered from in the past. Everyone has been helpful, but not too pushy. My order came as promised.

I had been with a different company for three years, and numerous times experienced terrible problems with my vital medical supplies being "out of stock." Yet that company never tried to substitute or even notify me of that my monthly supplies would not be sent! Comfort Medical responded to my needs immediately and rushed my shipment. The customer service was superb! I should have made the switch long ago.
