I had to change my insurance and they did not have a contract with the new insurance and the companies that did take my insurance would not pay for the coloplast products so I called coloplast to see if they had a patient assistance program and explained my situation. They took my information and put me in contact with comfort care and they accepted my insurance and provided me with the same products I have been using. I had my supplies in a day, they are great.
