Custom medical did a great job. They did send me one wrong product. I needed a package of 50 peri-stoma cleanser wipes and got two boxes of 5 individually wrapped wipes so I’ll run out before I can order again. They sent me a catheter bag for supplies but I have an Ostomy. I still give them a five star because this was the first order and I received my supplies quickly and look forward to doing business in the future. Customer service is great.

Always very helpful and pleasant

The representative that I spoke with did not rush our conversation one bit. Dena listened to my concerns that I have extremely sensitive skin that can rash up and blister from surgical tapes (caused by my various chemotherapies) and need skin friendly supplies. I have had an ostomy previously but was taken down 4 years ago. This time, it’s for “keeps”. I used Coloplast then and knew that this time I will use your products again. Of course I couldn’t remember the names or uses of some of the products, but Dena explained everything to me very thoughtfully and allowed me time to cry at times during our chat. She emailed me videos about the different products so it will be easier for me to retain. I asked her how long she has worked for Comfort Medical, and found she’s quite the veteran with 18 years in. I could tell that she enjoys her job since she treated me with such respect and understanding. Thank you very much for treating me so well.

I have a new Insurance company and the representative at Comfort Medical was very Instrumental in getting my account set up, making certain that they were 'in network' with my Insurance Co, when even they didn't know for certain. The representative also took the time to go over my list of specific medical supplies to make certain they had them available for me to order. And even gave me an estimate of my first order so that I would have an idea what kind of bill I could expect, which was extremely helpful. I have received my first order and I couldn't be happier. As many people may know, choosing medical supplies is a very personal decision based on what you are used to using and what is comfortable for you. And to have to make changes because items are not available just compounds the situation of your particular medical condition. Comfort Medical made that transition easy for me. Thank you very much.
