Very good very helpful

For the first time I responded to an email asking if I was ready to reorder. I responded yes. I had heard nothing in 3 days so I called to see where the order was. The person I spoke to said the order was scheduled to go out the following Tuesday a full week after I ordered. This was starting to get critical. I still had not heard anything after June 7th when it was to be shipped. I called on the 9th. The person said it was to have shipped on the 7th but hadn't. It was overnighted and I finally received the order the 10th. I will never order this way again. I will only speak to a representative.

I was told that my order had shipped when it had not been shipped. I called to check on it and was lied to again and told that it would be shipped now by 3PM that day, it was not. An item needed substitution approval - i was never called about it - I would not have known had I not called in. Then a few days later another item was supposedly on backorder but no one had called me about that either. Lied to multiple times throughout this entire process of my first supply order. I will never order from this company again.

Reordering my catheters was easy-peasy. No fuss or a lot of effort on my part.

Comfort Medical has been extremely helpful to me. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything so you understand. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing any sort of medical supplies. I will continue to use them in the future.

Comfort medical called regularly to let us know the status of our insurance coverage until it was approved, and then they called to let us know that we had been approved and would be moving forward. They were very helpful and friendly in the process of receiving our first shipment of medical supplies.

They called and checked on me several times!
