Great company to deal with. Was prompt with catheters and very helpful. Will continue to use them for my intermittent catheters.

Experienced a problem with my initial order, my mistake in the way that order was submitted and not a problem with the way it was processed, which caused me to talk with several people with Comfort. Would have to say that every person I dealt with was very pleasant, understanding as to my needs, and able to quickly resolve my problem in a professional manner. Should also mention that those involved with setting up my new account and those handling my initial order should also receive a five star rating.

I have not received my order. I received an email saying it was delayed and had to call them. They had faxed a title 19 to wrong place and did not notify me immediately when they did not get Title 19 back. I had to call Childrens and Scottish Rites to get this straightened out. I still have not received my order. Scottish Rites had faxed signed title 19 first week of June. I have had to purchase my own supplies and pay out of pocket. I did get a1 box of Urostomy bags (5) bags 2 days after I called. I am on last bag and again I am paying out of pocket for supplies. I never had as much trouble with Shield. Unfortunately the do not handle Urostomy bags and supplies. Very frustrating and expensive on a fixed income. I did get a call from a nurse on their Urostomy team to try and resolve my sons reaction to the Urostomy bag adhesive tape. Unfortunately it takes 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to get samples. Still waiting. Just auto ship supplies and keep records updated on where to send Title 19 and keep family informed please.
