I feel you are head and shoulders above other companies I have dealt with over the last 22 years of purchasing catheters. I just moved to New York from Florida and unfortunately I ran out of catheters... I received my catheters overnight delivery...Highly recommend your company.

The staff at comfort medical provide amazing customer service. Most of the time, our orders are received quickly with the proper inventory. Anytime the inventory has not been correct, the staff immediately corrects the problem. The app just makes things even easier! Overall our experience with comfort medical has been very positive.

After having colostomy surgery I was having a hard time getting ostomy supplies trying to work with my insurance. After having a short conversation with the helpful reps they had my supplies setup and handled billing the insurance and I recieved all my needed supplies in a timely manor. They have been a pleasure to work with and have made sure that I have everything I need. A big thank you to the team at comfort medical.

This company is the best. After being told I could not place an order till August, by another company, because of my mothers insurance, an employee that had been assisting me from a producer of Ostomy products, told me to try this company. So glad she did. Talked with Curtisa, she got the order placed, a script from the doctor, and the order for 90 day supply to us right away. Awesome company and customer service. Then received another call to make sure everything was as ordered and no problems. Told me they would call two weeks before next order. Love this company!!!!!
