A wonderful place to do business. They understand that the items ordered are necessary for my life to go on without a worry to run out.

This is the first time I ordered supplies from this company any everything was what I expected !

This a very good company. They got my supplies when they said they were sending. Other company disappointed me but this treated with respect and dignity that I needed.

Thanks your staff was helpful, mostly. Old man hard to hear, the staff was understanding. Promptly delivered. Hopefully, I can be repaired and will not need these. You have an excellent product greatly helpful. Thanks. I hope that I can be repaired in the near future and lead a Normal life. If I survive the operation and get back to health, I will be forever grateful for your help and support, George.

Good People, Not only have I had marvelous product delivery from Comfort Medical, but may I compliment your employee Star Saintamand for her knowledge of the ostomy products, for her sympathetic listening to her client's difficulties and for her helpful suggestions to remedy problems. After one phone call, I feel that I have a found a new friend, one that I can comfortably reach out to speak with as I navigate my colostomy journey. Thank you all at Comfort Medical, Eleanor Winters

Phone order was handled in very efficient manner. Always an easy and efficient experience

I used the link in their email to order online, but the website was down. I then used the phone number in the email to try to place my order, but it was trying to sell me a health alert bracelet. I then clicked on the link to order the same things I ordered last time, even though I actually needed additional products. When I didn't hear from them in a week I found their correct # in Providers Handbook and was told the order was being approved by insurance co. so couldn't change. It arrived a couple weeks later.

Everything arrived on time, the order was correct with supplies and it all was discreet. The ordering process was very pleasant and easy, especially since this was the first time we ordered our own supplies.
