The first person I spoke with I believe his name was Paul. This gentleman was absolutely awesome, he knew exactly what I needed, sent over some samples in which totally solved my problems, I give him 10 stars. When I ordered the supplies, again the Lady I spoke with also knew everything I needed and took care of everything, not to mention handled the insurance part and made sure I received the supplies in a matter of a couple of days , she gets a 10 star also. ANY ONE that need ostomy supplies , this is where you need to order. Sooooo Helpful¡¡!!!!!!!!!¡! This was totally a Blessing¡!!!!!¡
