I received the wrong products in a three month order of ostomy supplies. I called three times trying to speak to some one about the errors but was put through to a line that assured me that a representative would return my call. At no tome was I asked for my name and phone number, so of course no one returned my call. Finally I called a different number — some one whom I have spoken to about trying new products. Though they could not handle my returns they did email the manager of the correct department to call me back. Within minutes I did receive a phone call and worked everything out. A real person needs to be taking calls in the ordering department!
