Awesome customer service. Received my order in 2 days.

I've been a customer since 2012. There have only been a couple of issues in that time and they were quickly taken care of.

No confirmations on orders. Have to call to get confirmation. Can’t log in the app. Doesn’t recognize me. Talk on phone 3 times about this and told I would get a call back on this problem. I never received a call back. Seems to be a hassle every time I order.

Making that call to your company was by far the best experience I have very had ordering my ostomy supplies. The customer service rep, Fabiola made the process so simple.

We had a great experience. The lady I talked to was very helpful and extremely thoughtful. She help get our order refilled and set up on a monthly renewal so I wouldn’t have to order every month.

I had to find a new supplier for catheter. It was very difficult but comfort after lots of phone calls between insurance biller Came through and even shipped me out a few catheters to hold me over until my order processed. Excellent customer service and follow up. Highly recommend this company.
