You keep delivering it to the wrong address. And won't fix the orders. I am in need of supplies as of 2 months ago. When I call customer service. It's like I'm not even in the system. And get redirect to another person that has no clue what to do about it. I wish I could go somewhere else. Unfortunately my insurance won't let me. And no one else has supplies to deliver anyway. Poor health care is not the term I'd use.

I have had the BEST experience.You answer the phone quickly with a person and they are always so helpful, kind, caring and polite. It is a joy to know that I can call anytime and get my issues resolved quickly. I have to give Yvonne a extra special review. She was so wonderful!!

Took over 4 weeks to get medical supplies. I had to spend over $200 on amazon while waiting for comfort medical to get me my supplies. Poor communication throughout process. I was told by one person my supplies were on the way and then received a phone call on a Friday at 4pm telling me they have not received the signed prescription from doctor. This was frustrating because almost all doctors' offices are closed by that point until Monday. One of the two doctors' office had sent it 3 different times. For whatever reason Comfort Medical could not figure things out on their end.

Reordering the product I use is always a simple task. Comfort Medical representatives are always pleasant. They are quick to access my account and are also prompt with any changes. They verify the ordering physician and contact them if necessary. Thank you Comfort Medical!

Within the month they had everything approved through insurance and was delivered to my door. The staff kept me in the loop of progress with insurance every step of the way. I’m so thankful!!
