Extremely easy to reorder products

Excellent service

Comfort Medical was very helpful when I was assisting my mother in ordering her supples. The only concern I had was that we had unopened boxes of product that they couldn’t take back because they should have been used by that date. My mother had been placed in rehabilitation facility, the hospital, and in home health all of whom supply the ostomy products so she didn’t use them. Then the ones that had been ordered weren’t going to work for her and they wouldn’t take them back. We made changes to the order but can already see that the products we ordered aren’t going to stay on but not sure if they will work with us on finding a product that will work. I will be contacting them again for further assistance. Everyone that I’ve talked to were friendly though.
