We purchased precious metals in February and were told that it would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. That was on February 28, 2025. It is now July 14, 2025 and we have yet to receive anything from them. My calls go unanswered. I also rolled over some of my IRA and the trust company said that they did NOT receive all of the metals from them. I chose their company because they were recommended by a friend. UPDATE. AUGUST 6, 2025 Joe from Colonial Metals called after I contacted Tish, the lady that was handling my IRA. He gave me a date that my metals would be shipped and said that the guy I was working with was no longer with the company. He did not know why I was told what I was told but we did receive the order and the gold IRA is confirmed with both Colonial Metals and the storage company.

All calls were timely, professional but friendly.

In dealing with the company, I felt that the people involved had my best interests in mind at all times. Nick and Constance were particularly helpful in providing in depth information on the most effective benefit for my investment.

We have been working with Candace, she has been so helpful she had to recall our shipment due to the death of my sister we weren’t home to receive it. Candace said she would keep us informed and let us know when it could be shipped again, and she did. It is so wonderful to work with a person and a company that really cares and does what they say. Thank you for all the help.

I felt immediately comfortable when speaking with Anthony who soon connected me with Mr. Krull. Again, I felt immediately comfortable and confident that Mr. Krull had my best interest in his interaction with me, and did his best to assist me in securing the metals that were best for my stated interest and his knowledge of the items that were offered for consideration. I was never "sold", simply provided options that, in his experience, may be appropriate in my case as I had discussed with him. In addition, he has updated me with various articles regarding activity in the metals market. With no comments other than to give limited insight into the information provided. Alan has been exceptionally helpful in getting information to me that is essential to the procedural/administrative aspect of the process. He is always patient and helpful regarding the explanation of items that are needed to be completed. In addition to other relevant information. Candace Garcia was also extremely professional and careful to enumerate the essentials that she knew to provide to me, along with confirmation of certain requirements that are also needed to be discussed prior to the conclusion of the purchase and sale of the metals involved. As all of the preceding, she also offered any assistance that I may need related to her responsibilities. I am hopeful that those who review this brief review will have additional insight into the quality and performance of the team that assisted me.
