Colonial Metals GroupReviews of colonialmetalsgroup.com

These guys scammed me out of my retirement account that I was trying to secure. They just ignored me requests and disappeared despite still having a website. I trusted them as they were featured and guests on my daily podcast, in the litter box, and I know they seriously vet their sponsors. They delivered my complimentary metals but the actual purchase was never fulfilled. This is a absolute scam and hopefully a class action lawsuit against them will ensue to help fix this grave injustice.

Since tranferring $109,667.92 from my investment acct. on July 19, 2025 I have not heard from them. I'm assuming it was a scam due to absolutely no communication from them. I did not want to give them even one star.

I am having a lot of trouble getting anyone from Colonial Metals Group to call me back. I am having a lot of trouble getting anyone from Colonial Metals Group to call me back. I am having a lot of trouble getting anyone from Colonial Metals Group to call me back. I am posting this again because I complained about Colonial Metals Group on Trustpilot before and they never got back to me. The fact that they are not saying anything says a lot about Colonial Metals Group. I gave Colonial Metals Group a lot of money over eighty-eight thousand dollars in July twenty twenty-five. I worked with Steven Paige, Joe Shimko, Jasmine Carrera, Maria Hernandez and Alan Fulton at Colonial Metals Group. They all told me that I would get my metals in a weeks.. Weeks turned into months and I never got my metals. I called Colonial Metals Group a lot. I sent them emails. I left messages.. Every single person I talked to at Colonial Metals Group stopped answering me. It was like my eighty-eight thousand dollars just disappeared. That was all the money I had saved for my retirement. I worked hard for decades to save it. I wrote a complaint on Trustpilot hoping someone from Colonial Metals Group would listen.. Colonial Metals Group never called me. They did not say sorry. They did not give me any information about my metals. They just did nothing. I felt really bad about what happened with Colonial Metals Group. Then I got help from P◎MA Advisory Limited. They helped me figure out what happened to my money. They found out where my funds went and made Colonial Metals Group responsible for not giving me my metals. They got all of my eighty-eight thousand dollars back. They did what Colonial Metals Group would not do. They just gave me my money back. I am a person and I am telling you what really happened with Colonial Metals Group. I am not trying to sell you anything. I just want to warn small investors like me about Colonial Metals Group before they give them their life savings. Colonial Metals Group took my money. Did nothing.. I got my eighty-eight thousand dollars back because I did not give up on getting help, with Colonial Metals Group.

Do not use this company, Colonial Metals screwed me out of $2600 dollars! Back in 2024 I was checking out buying gold for the first time and gold prices were $2600 an ounce and not understanding I purchased 1 ounce of gold and some silver they charged me $5200 for 1 ounce, they are crooks and I would never use this company and the communication was terrible they wouldn’t call you back! I just want to let everyone know “ Do Not Use this company to buy precious metals They are a scam company!!!! I wouldn’t give them 1 star they don’t deserve any stars!

they Stole $50,000 from me!!! i purchased Gold And silver coins and they were supposed to deliver it to a depository and it never made it. they wont answert a call or call me back. that was a third of my retirement and with the price of gold going uplike it has i have lost out on a lot of money.I feel like a Scam victim. I do not recemend this company and will be suing!!!!

They took my money and never delivered the metals. They said they would do and gave me Shipping dates several times but it was never shipped. At first they answered calls that resulted in no shipping or money. Then no response whatsoever. I consider the company to be a scam. Do not do use them ever. A 1 rating is not what I feel is appropriate. -10 is more appropriate.

I gave them 1 star because there was nothing lower. Opened a roll over account last year and they still have not delivered the metals. It is impossible to contact them. Avoid this company like the plague

I cannot get anyone at the company to call me back. I invested over $88,000 with them July 2025 and have never received my metals. I worked with Steven Paige, Joe Shimko, Jasmine Carrera, Maria Hernandez, Alan Fulton,
