Awful service. We moved into our home and the company did not deliver on our delivery date. We have nothing. We are eating on paper plates, sleeping on air beds and hanging out in the living room on lawn chairs. They said the delivery is not late until 2 weeks past delivery date. They give you a dispatch number to check your delivery time and they never answer and the mailbox is full. We have nothing and we are having to go to laundry mates to wash clothes. I have young children and they are very upset we are living in an empty home hoping to get our stuff soon but no guarantees. Do not use these movers. They are very expensive and they keep your things hostage until they feel like delivering.

Kairat and Daniel from WA Seattle were fantastic. This was my first time hiring a moving company and they made the process so stress free and seamless. They were friendly and helpful in explaining the estimate process and transfer of goods to temp storage and walked me through the contract. I really appreciated how personable they were, even letting my Great Dane tag alongside them the whole day. Would definitely use again if I’m ever in need and plan to refer the company out to friends and family with these two employees specifically.

Everything was excellent until my things were delivered. The team at Coastal Moving are all very kind and professional. The organization of everything leading up to my move was great. Unfortunately the moving company they outsource to- M&R Expedite Movers did not handle my things with care. I received some boxes covered in oil and tar which ruined some of the belongings, some plastic bins were broken and my boxspring mattress cover was torn, black colored, and very dirty. Affordable but at what price?

They were really helpful with getting stuff packed in general. I wasn't expecting them until 1pm, but they were understanding and helped sort stuff out.
