This company is a scam dont use it. I had an inventory list with them for 1,600$ to move . A 3rd party company showed up said they would only take half my stuff and the price would be 2,663$ and they would not deliver it until the next day. They made me pay 600$ the day I booked and now will not refund me after they did absolutely nothing for me except delay my move date. I had to hire someone else. It's SCAM!!!!!

Zack and team did a wonderful job and offered impressive customer service. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and offered discounts where he could. They gave me food advice on certain items that would need to be moves a different way. I am so thankful. I would gladly use his services again and refer others!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Initially Jason and John were so very nice and helpful. They gave me a quote of $2600 for my cross country move. I told them EXACTLY what I was moving. (I knew this because we just moved down from Burlington, VT.) Once the moving company arrived, the cost was DOUBLE, yes double of what the estimate was. This was such a scam on Coastal Moving services because I was going to take my things (in the Uhaul) across the country by myself and they gave me this quote and told me that i would be spending more if I did it myself. So I decided to use them and it was a huge mistake. They did not honor their estimate and the moving company did not either. These people are scammers and will do anything to get you to book.

Nightmare moving service. 0 stars. Worst experience with movers and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Charged my over 5k for a in state move for a one bedroom apartment. 68 miles. Went to the wrong location and unloaded my things at the wrong location. Then got lost when the right location was 2 blocks away. Door guy say them on the camera at the other building. Worst ever. Don’t trust this company.

They were on time, efficient, and handled everything with care. Would definitely recommend them especially for a long haul move. Made the process so easy!

The guys that loaded the truck were extremely diligent in packing items to ensure they were safe in transit and worked extremely fast.
