If I could give this a zero I would. Do not use this company. Coastal Moving Services is a corrupt company filled with lying people. Not only then they lie to us when it came time to delivering our furniture. They told us that we had to pay them $2000 or they would hold our furniture. We had no other choice but to do that. Our furniture was damaged things were broken. My husband‘s toolbox, which he had taped up, had been cut open and his tool stolen out of it, and somebody taped it back up. I cannot stress enough for you to not use this company. I will be filing a formal complaint. Our original estimate they told us was $12,000 and at the end of it with the bribes all included we ended up paying about $26,000. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I did not know there were actual companies out there that do things like this. I kick myself every time for making the decision to go with this company.

Abdel and his crew were awesome! We were very happy with how they cared for our belongings and the time they took to wrap them. Jordan was also helpful in the background. We are pretty pleased.

Willy was a great communicator and team leader. He executed tasks well and understood how important some items were to us. We greatly appreciated the groups time and efforts.

Can’t speak highly enough of Willy, JP, and Zayed for everything they did the day they came to collect my worldly possessions and move them south. Willy was very patient in the way he explained everything to me, even twice, a couple of times. JP and Zayed politely introduced themselves to me. The three men worked effectively and professionally. They took great care to make sure my belongings were wrapped up safely and well. I appreciate their professionalism and hard work.

Rapid express movers came right on time, were very efficient and quick. Communicated well about the whole process, arrival date, etc. Awesome company would use again.
