Club Car Wash does not stand behind their product. $30 a month car wash cost me $2000 because they claim they are not responsible for my cracked windshield. I went to two people to get estimates for repairs and both said it probably happened at the car wash and that they get a lot of customers with damage that the company refuses to be responsible for. I will make sure to post about this every day.

Well I Ben going to club car wash for over 2 years now, at the location at university st, peoria ill, i was very happy whit there car was it is very good ok, but some young guy that's the manager, thinks he funny ok, but it's not funny or Professional what he said ok, I perchance the mvp was the best one that they have whit the wax right, I go there 2 times a day right to wash my truck every day ok, now I have the right to go how many times I want to though the car was ok, if I wanted to go 100 times a day I could because I paid for the service ok, he said to me why do you come so many times, !!!!!!!!!! How about that this young punk things that he going to get away whit this, no way I going to complain to someone higher up, this is not right its unprofessional, I can't believe they let theses young guys become mangers. That not right. There to young to me mangers, I and differently going back tomorrow to give him a piece of my lip, that means I going to tell him off ok,

I went to the Independence location to buy a membership. I asked before buying the membership if I would be allowed to put a wiper bag over my back windshield wiper. I had gone through a different brand car wash in the past and my windshield wiper was pulled off leaving my back window shattered. A wiper bag remedies the problem. The attendant stated I could use the wiper bag so I purchased the membership. I went through the car wash with no issues that day. I went through several days later and the staff would not allow me to use the wiper bag. Staff was very rude to me. I called corporate and they would not refund my membership. I had to call my credit card company and get a charge back.

ON 8/21/2024 at the car wash in Springboro Ohio,my car was damage, the manager said we will take care of the damage.I got two estimates now the company will not pay.What happen car in front of me rear window wiper got caught in the roller and damaged my hood and blind side mirror,car is a2023 Palisade Hyundai.

I went to get my truck washed about 3 months ago, and the employee talk me (I know, stupid of me!!) into paying for 4 car washes in advanced ($100) and getting the 5th for free. When I called customer service, I was told that they don't have a deal like that. So I told them that I want my money back. I was told that they have no information of me ever buying a package like that and that they can't look up the sales number. I just got off my 8th call to them, and I get a different answer everything. It is a bad company to do buissness with.

Brand new car bought in July. Went to Club Car Wash and got a horrible deep scratch on right side. Their management said use at your own risk. Never ever use this car wash !!

My wife signed up for a 3 month/$11 promo and was told she could cancel at the end of 3 months. She called the first day she was allowed to cancel, and was told we had to call 7 days in advance to not be charged the usual $22. We were still charged and not given our money back. This is clearly a set up to mislead customers.

Worst experience at a cash way ever! Scratches all over my car. When I brought it to their attention right away they did not care. We made a claim and they would not do anything despite the scratches matching right up to where the brushes bash into the car. Very aggressive wash. I would not recommend.
