Before even to the gate to get into the car wash this woman name kam was right there making sure if we needed a towel or air freshener. She was kind and funny but with this being like my 50ths time coming through club car wash she was the best one!! (P.s. she got hit by a leaf as soon as she was about to hand me the air refresher)🤣

From the grand opening day to present, Club is by far the Best automatic Carwash I’ve ever used. The tall young man with the deep voice, (whose name I cant remember) I believe is part of the management team - he is absolutely Amazing. Complete professionalism at its best. Always assisting his crew, acknowledging customers, asking customers if everything with their car was experience at Club Car wash is satisfactory etc. Always making himself available to customers. Just an amazing manager who seems to be very hands on in assisting the crew members while acknowledging the customers needs and concerns. The wash system and vacuum system is WORLD CLASS in my opinion. I remember when the mgr I’m speaking of, first greeted me, asking if all went well with my wash experience. And he mention that Club CW would be replacing the old vacuum system left from the previous car wash company. After which, Club Car Wash Corp did exactly that. The system they installed is the Best I’ve ever seen and used - including a compressed air blowing system along with may other upgrades. The price is definitely Worth The Money. I have nothing but great things to say about Club Carwash in Crystal Lake, the awesome manager who I mentioned above, the way he assists his team - more importantly, every customer. I HIGHLY recommend Club Carwash in Crystal Lake IL

The guys who wash before you enter are serious about their job! They always do a great job and I always tip them because they deserve it. I also went home to get another car enrolled monthly because Tyson told me about the 3 mt discount ending today. I always see him at the car wash. What a nice personable young man. This is the kind of employee everyone is always looking for. The place is always spotless. Thanks

So they are a newer carwash in our area. I have signed up all of my 5 cars and have had only positive experiences. We use Beloit,Wi / Machesney Park,IL / and are looking forward to the new one being built in Rockton, IL. After reading all of the negative reviews I felt bad that they are not as well liked in other areas. I would hope that the company would reach out to the customers that have had negative experiences and try to resolve those issues. We are looking forward to the new location and hope that management does not do anything to jeopardize their future success by ignoring customer Issues.

Really good and gave my kids a sucker and give USS sense in are car and a good job on the car no scratches on the paint

I had a great experience but when I went to ask when my promotion was over they said June so I left it at that. Come around 4 days later they charged me $40 after an employee said next month and when I called they are you signed for full price but I didn’t remember so was asking that abuse is uncalled for really bad I would not recommend any more!!!!!!! They are dying for $40 wow that says a lot about a business I hope they use my $40 good cus I’m letting everybody I had sent over know about it and to go back to our old car wash. To bad business in my house and friends won’t be going there no more!!!!!

I just signed up two vehicles for the monthly program. We will be using the brand new Sussex WI location. Both washes today were the best washes I have ever had at a drive in style wash. I did sign up for the top level wash which was a bargain for $10.00 per month, unlimited. This $10 is for three (3) months. Both cars are white and rarely does the area around the recess at the rear plate get clean. This wash cleaned that area well. The young lady who helped me was very nice and explained the way the program works going forward very well. So far, so good. I will adjust my review if things change.

The workers are very friendly and the vacuums works.
