Scraped up my drivers front black rim

Before even to the gate to get into the car wash this woman name kam was right there making sure if we needed a towel or air freshener. She was kind and funny but with this being like my 50ths time coming through club car wash she was the best one!! (P.s. she got hit by a leaf as soon as she was about to hand me the air refresher)🤣

I reviewed them to warn others. They responded to my review and then crickets I did the courtesy of sending another email to them and they did not care enough to even reply. I highly recommend you avoid using them, I anything goes wrong they will never make it right. They do not care. Customer service people are rude as heck. very combative.

From the grand opening day to present, Club is by far the Best automatic Carwash I’ve ever used. The tall young man with the deep voice, (whose name I cant remember) I believe is part of the management team - he is absolutely Amazing. Complete professionalism at its best. Always assisting his crew, acknowledging customers, asking customers if everything with their car was experience at Club Car wash is satisfactory etc. Always making himself available to customers. Just an amazing manager who seems to be very hands on in assisting the crew members while acknowledging the customers needs and concerns. The wash system and vacuum system is WORLD CLASS in my opinion. I remember when the mgr I’m speaking of, first greeted me, asking if all went well with my wash experience. And he mention that Club CW would be replacing the old vacuum system left from the previous car wash company. After which, Club Car Wash Corp did exactly that. The system they installed is the Best I’ve ever seen and used - including a compressed air blowing system along with may other upgrades. The price is definitely Worth The Money. I have nothing but great things to say about Club Carwash in Crystal Lake, the awesome manager who I mentioned above, the way he assists his team - more importantly, every customer. I HIGHLY recommend Club Carwash in Crystal Lake IL

I took my 2016 Mustang GT350 through Club Car Wash at approximately 5:45 p.m. and even signed up for their Elite Membership during my visit. Unfortunately, while the vehicle was being prepped, the factory-installed vinyl stripes were severely damaged in the area where the employees were using the hand pressure washers. I reported the damage to Club Car Wash. The facility has video showing the condition of the vehicle when I entered and when I left. I entered with the stripes intact and left with them damaged. Club Car Wash's position is that there must have been some pre-existing imperfection in the vinyl that allowed the pressure washer to cause the damage, and they have declined to take responsibility for the repair. However, this vehicle has been through commercial car washes many times over the years without any previous damage to the factory stripes. I gave the company an opportunity to review the situation and resolve it directly, but they have made it clear that they will not assist with the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Club Car Wash for vehicles with factory vinyl stripes or similar exterior graphics. If you're concerned about protecting your vehicle from this type of damage, I would recommend choosing another car wash.

The carwash is the worst carwash ivecever been to. The wash itself is great but the uneducated workers they have are a joke. They eill beat the piss out of your car with the prewash. I had 2 accounts with them and cancelled both and they continue to charge my debit card telling me its good till next month (guess they just need more time to chip more paint) . I will pay it but im going to switch to rainstorm and only give negative reviews about club carwash in Decatur Il

On April 24, 2026, I had my car washed at Club Car Wash on US 90 in San Antonio. Just before that, my vehicle had been inspected at a dealership with no damage noted. After the wash, I noticed my shark antenna was missing. An employee said she checked the tunnel and would look again after closing and call me the next morning, but I never received a call. I returned and spoke with Ervie, the team lead, who filed a claim and said I’d hear back within 10 business days. The claim was denied shortly after, with Club Car Wash stating they are not responsible for antenna damage. I’m very dissatisfied. My vehicle had no prior issues, has never been in an accident, and I’ve used car wash memberships for years without problems. While I understand policies exist, this situation shows a lack of accountability. There was no pre-existing damage, and this experience is pushing me to take my business elsewhere for all three of my vehicles.

We cancelled our membership and they "said" they would refund some of our money and not charge us anymore. They charged my credit card even tho they closed my account. Now they say they will not refund the monthly charge. I may have to get lawyers involved if they don't refund my money!
