I really can't complain about this auto wash. It does a pretty good job cleaning the vehicles. The drying part could be better, but I Understand getting it right for every car would be impossible. My issue is that the last 3 times I've been there, in the express lane, because I pay to use it, there have been line jumpers that slow down the process because staff has to jump over to accommodate their behavior. They should usher them around the corner and back to the rear of the non-express line.

absolutely disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted and beyond disappointed with Club Car Wash in OKC and their complete lack of accountability. Two days ago, my husband and I took our brand-new car through their car wash. About halfway through, we heard a loud pop—a noise that was concerning enough for us to immediately pull over after exiting. What we found was shocking: a massive gash in my passenger-side tire and damage to the rim of my brand-new car.
We immediately filed a claim, expecting the company to take responsibility for damages clearly sustained during their wash. However, their claims department has outright denied any accountability, stating that there is "no way to prove" their car wash caused the damage. Meanwhile, we are now forced to replace the $400 tire out of pocket and left with a $1,400 bill to repair the rim of a vehicle that was in perfect condition before entering their wash.
The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer concerns is absolutely unacceptable. A reputable business would stand behind their services and take responsibility for damages caused by their equipment. Instead, Club Car Wash refuses to acknowledge the issue, leaving us with a financial burden caused by their negligence.
To anyone considering using this car wash—beware. If something happens to your vehicle, expect them to deny responsibility and leave you with the repair bill. This is not how a trustworthy business operates.

First, I want to say, the onsite manager was great and fully understood the issue and filled out the accident report expeditiously. Second, I understand this is a known issue with my specific vehicle make, model, and year. There has been a service bulletin issued by GM for this car wash roof dent issue.
The problem is with corporate. After damaging my truck, I immediately, (within 20-min) returned and filled out an accident report. A few days later, I contacted corporate to inquire about the claim. They informed me that they were not going to do anything about the dent as there was a TSB about it. OK, fair enough, but how about a refund or at least a partial refund for the monthly subscription rate of $32.84 that I spent for one $10 wash? That would seem fair and equitable.
She forwarded me to the customer service staff where I was told that “a supervisor will have to approve that, and she is not here. You will have to call back”. So, after 3-calls and many excuses, and 16 days, I am still dealing with this. What happened to doing the right thing instead of hiding behind a shady policy of “no refunds”. This clearly shows the management’s intentions towards their customers. I have been a monthly member of Charlies Car Wash in Kansas City for years without any issues. Their people are top notch, and their car wash cleans better than Club. I was changing memberships out of convenience. Something closer to home.
Refund completely denied. Paid $34 for a $10 wash. SMH.

Faulty equipment
I was just hung up on by Matt from claims, who before hanging up on me, because I was trying to explain what I was told onsite and had questions on how he was so certain they aren’t at fault, informed me the cameras weren’t pointing to the middle of the car wash, where my vehicle was hit from behind, cameras were only pointed to the entrance and exit. Matt also informed me that the track can malfunction, and stop pushing vehicles forward . The car wash employee onsite, Jason Blakeley, told me he didn’t know what happened, including if the track malfunctioned. But now, Matt is telling me, with no video evidence, the manager told him the track didn’t malfunction. Mind you he’s already told me that the track can malfunction and stop pushing cars forward.
On 2/19/24 I purchased a monthly pass and proceeded to the car wash for my first time use ever. I put the car in neutral, let go of the wheel, and let the track take over. Half way through the track stopped pushing my vehicle, and at this point I was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. They had me put the car in drive and pull out towards the end. I was directed out of the was by employee, Jason Blakeley. I rolled down my window and asked if I got hit from behind. At that time Jason Blakeley informed me I didn’t. It wasn’t till I told him it sure felt like it, did he go check. Jason Blakeley Came to my window and told me yes, but it wasn’t nothing really, as if I were to just forget about the incident and move on.
Now I get a call from Matt stating, the managers claimed there was no malfunction. After Matt telling me they have no video footage of the incident and that the tracks can malfunction and stop pushing vehicles forward. Matt informs me he can give any evidence to my insurance company to make a claim with them. Which would in the long run drive my insurance cost up. If you read through the commits, you’ll find multiple reviews just like mine. Club car wash are crooks who will not take any responsibility for their failed equipment.
I noticed club car wash likes to reply to these reviews as if they actually care and are going to actually help. Matt from claims has already informed me there is nothing they will do to help besides send what little info they have to my insurance so I can proceed to start a claim under my own insurance. There’s no need to act like yall care and reply to this review. It’s evident yall are only about lying and deceiving. I would go as far as to say yall have video of the middle of the track where I was hit but refuse to release it.
On top of what I’ve experienced, when I left, with half a wash, because the worker had me drive to the end after being rear ended, customer service told me I entered at my own risk, and I would not receive a refund. She told me I could still go back and go through a second time, then proceeded to hang up on me. Which seems to be what they do instead of actually providing actual customer service.

Club Car Wash sucks!!!
I went to the Rock Road loacation in Wichita, Kansas on 11/3/2024 and my subscription would not work; however, I had paid auto pay on my credit card. I went online to cancel service and thought it was done and over. Today I notice that they have taken another $32.50 out. I called and they told me no refund and no record of cancellation which is bullshit. But I now have proof that I cancelled this bullshit subscription. Stay away.....they damage your car!!

I have been using this car wash weekly…
I have been using this car wash weekly since june 27 2024, without any issues. Went thru car wash 11-7-24 started peeling the clear coat off my wheels. i wipe wheels down after every wash and have had no issues. Got with manager to file a claim. He said that is an extremely high pressure area. Got a call from the lady in claims (who doesn't know shit) that says their equipment will not do that. Needless to say me & my wife are cancelling our membership. Karma will catch up with them eventually. I will run this company down every chance i get.
