Ring was never delivered. They refused to replace it or refund me.
DO NOT buy from them. My package was opened and stuffed with pieces of card and the ring I ordered was stolen before it reached me. C+C refused to give any refund at all nor send a new one. I now have lost £130 with no way of being compensated.

We try our best to rectify any issues that may happen during shipment. Understand that our agents have policies and procedures they must follow and if the solutions offered do not work for you it makes assisting you increasingly difficult.
