The products are fantastic but the problem is that i can’t order them since every single one of them seems sold out. I know you guys “don’t rush craft” but at this point you aren’t crafting at all which is a shame since i really wanted that Hermes ring, hopefully you solve this soon.

Items are ok but what I ordered (it was a present) didn’t fit. Three stars because I had to battle their CS team that wasn’t helpful and get to a C level directory to get my refund.

Their jewellery ranges from average to quite good, I have 3 pieces from them 2 bracelets (quite good) to a ring (average). However the singular worst part of this company is the invasive consistent digital marketing, constant, unrelenting sms. I’ve emailed them about removing all my information from their systems and still get multiple sms. I’d say stay away, there’s other jewellery companies, most of which will show you more respect

Les produits sont de qualité mais pas aux prix nouvellement pratiqués. Pour ces prix je m’attends à une qualité bien supérieure dans les détails ou alors des produits de qualité similaire à un prix inférieur.

Awful Customer Service. Ordered a couple of rings 2 months back and still haven't recieved them, little to no investigation into what has happened with them. Very little communication, seeming like £300 down the drain at this point, don't know if I'll ever receive them. Fedex has admitted the order is lost but they seem reluctant to send out a replacement order. Update: Finally received the items, absolute hassle to get them, but they are good quality and I am happy with the product.
