I think it’s unacceptable the stuff like the stomping ground boots and the hats are not shipped to EU and CC doesn’t even try to find a solution for European customers.

I have been buying from this company for over a year now. My first purchase ended up being returned for a bigger size and they shipped the replacement even before I had shipped back the item in my possession. A year later and I have already had a ring replaced under the lifetime warranty. They shipped a replacement free of charge. Over the year I've upgraded pieces and returned others and every single time customer service always met my expectations. And with a rewards program for long time buyers what are you waiting for come join the team!

Clocks & Colours are simply unique!! My first order was the Broadside bracelet, When I received it, it exceeded my expectations. High quality gear that came in a high quality packaging. I did have an issue with the “As the wind blows” ring that in 2 weeks, two of the diamonds had fallen but I contact them, sent back the ring and they sent me a new one that still have all diamonds in place.. No problem at all with them and I’ll keep buying.. if I could I would give them 6 stars

Clocks and Colours provides an exceptional delivery time, as well as response time from customer service. There was a very minute hiccup I had with the product, and Richard went above and beyond the expected with the customer service experience. This is a brand I am glad to stick to for the long ride. Furthermore, I cannot help but say that the designs and quality of the craftsmanship on their silver pieces are nothing short of exceptional. I plan to get my hands on one of their gorgeous bracelet pieces next.

Like I told clocks and colours I have been buying rings for 40 years and the selection that they have is uniquely different to everyone else or at least everyone that I have seen, they have some similar ones but they put their own unique touch to it that makes them stand out and above the rest I will be continuing business with them as I would like to see what else they can come up with, I’m excited to see what new items they have to offer, not only did they get my order to me two days early I also love the packaging 🇺🇸.
