Love my ring, I cannot believe that in one of the other reviews someone is upset that, Canada Post is taking a while, that isn't C&C's fault, it is a shame that someone doesn't understand that C.P has 330 tractor-trailer loads of parcels in Ont that need to be gone through and although it is frustrating, it is to ensure the safety of C.P employees, My ring made it in a week, Clocks and Colours isn't Canada Post and cannot be held accountable for the wait time, you need to Man up and quit being a Baby. THANK YOU CLOCKS AND COLOURS, YOU ARE AMAZING.

The worst customer service that I have ever faced. In my life I have purchased hundreds of items online, but in this case, it’s the first time that I have been forced to open a dispute on PayPal. I placed an order which it was sent on May 11. Today it’s 4th of June and nothing has arrived. The tracking code appears to be stuck. I tried to contact customer service in May 24. They told me that, they will pass my issue on European team and they will contact me back on email. On May 28th, no one reached me back, so I tried again. They said, they are going to answer me tomorrow and give me a solution. Guess what? No one reached me back. Again May 31, I’ve warned them that I will open a dispute. They said that by Monday, they would have contacted me. Nothing nothing nothing I opened a dispute, I tried to talk to them through the dispute. Nothing, they are not there. They are acting like scammers. My issue now is on PayPal. I hope they will do better than me. NEVER AGAIN
