More clever advertising gimmicks.
I'll never buy overseas items anymore. Finally learnt my lesson. I just seem to have the worst luck with them. If you can't physically see it, touch it or feel it for yourself, it's a real gamble with online sales.
This time this company clearly shows a silver ring with black colouring also. Black? You have to angle it in the right type of light to get some black to show otherwise its a silver ring with faded grey at best. Described as a heir loom to be passed down to next generation. Just clever advertising. I'll never wear it.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback.
We’re truly sorry to hear that the ring didn’t meet your expectations in terms of color and appearance. We understand how disappointing it can be when a piece looks different in person than online, especially for something meant to be a special heirloom.
We take feedback like yours seriously, as it helps us ensure our product images and descriptions better reflect the final pieces.
We appreciate you giving us the chance to learn from this experience.

Support a small business instead
This company uses AI to bombard you with texts of videos with your name super imposed. They also call you to leave voicemails. Kind of annoying, but I figured they were just trying to appear as though they care.
When I actually needed help, all you get is continued AI. The AI chatbot said it would send my inquiry to a human to answer, but I didn't hear back from them for over a week. I finally emailed again and received the shortest response that came off as very rude to me, almost as if I was bothering them. Maybe that was just my interpretation, but as someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of apologizing and appearing kind and thorough.
For the price you pay for their jewelry, I felt that was insane.
Their earrings also bothered my ears, which is the reason I reached out. I genuinely can't tell if there's something within the metal or if they're just heavy. Though I've worn a lot of heavy earrings for many years, some of which are heavier and never bothered me. They reassured me that the posts were also sterling silver. I haven't tested them, but also haven't worn the earrings since as they really agitated my ears.
I'd personally much rather support a small business instead.

Customer service wasn’t helpful when I…
Customer service wasn’t helpful when I reached out about a checkout issue. Their discounts never seemed to work, and they kept forcing a silver cleaning kit into my order that I ended up paying for. Disappointing experience overall.
Response from Clocks and ColoursOct 14, 2025
Hi Alexander,
We're sorry that you had a difficult time with our checkout system.
Please note that our discounts and promotions may have specific requirements and restrictions to ensure that they are being used by eligible customers. For example, our welcome discount codes are only eligible for new customers, not for existing customers.
Our recently discontinued promotion offered a free gift with purchase. This would have been a silver cleaning kit added to your cart free of charge.
Please bear in mind that orders placed for promotional items outside of the promotional period are not eligible for the discount once the active period has ended.
If you have any further concerns involving paying for a free promo product, we would invite you to contact our support team directly at [email protected] for further investigation and assistance.

Just poor return policy
Just poor return policy. I paid extra for their CC Boost, where it stated in checkout that it guaranteed free returns. I was buying my jewelry so I figured I pay $12 to make sure i can return it hassle free. Turns out I bought a sale item which is only eligible for store credit. So im stuck with a piece of jewelry I wont wear, or having to buy something else from them. Customer service didnt budge at all.
Response from Clocks and ColoursAug 1, 2025
Hi Max, we're sorry for any frustration that may have resulted from misunderstanding our return policy.
The free returns provided through your purchase of the boost package meant that you would not be charged a restocking fee should you have chosen to return your eligible items. However, that perk does not bypass or override any order restrictions, such as final sale items which cannot be returned.
While our support team is here to provide help and solutions whenever possible, there are situations where our policies cannot be changed without outstanding circumstances.
If you ever need support around a past or future order, our customer support team will be more than happy to provide you with the best assistance possible.

Service client vraiment nul!!

Hello Vera,
We're sorry to hear that you were upset regarding your concerns about the sizing of your received item.
Our support agents have been in contact with you, and have verified that the measurements of the item sent to you match the sizing measurements of the item you ordered. We verified this through the labels on your items, as well as through the quality assurance records we have in the picking and packing of your order. Therefore, the order sent to you was in fact the correct size.
We understand that you are comparing the size of your item against the sizing guide you printed at home, which we believe to be inaccurate due to the printing settings you used which skewed the scale of the chart.
In this instance, the easiest solution when requiring a different size is to submit an exchange request which would require you to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement size of your choice or issue a refund on eligible returns.
If you need any help, our support team is available anytime at [email protected] for further assistance.

THis company has no respect for your $$
I placed an order with this company for Christmas gifts, and while the process initially seemed smooth — with confirmation emails and tracking updates — it ended in utter disappointment. After being notified that my package had been delivered, I found no sign of it. I emailed the company immediately, and they were quick to respond, suggesting I check with neighbors or around my property, as delivery carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations. I thoroughly checked but found nothing.
When I informed them, they asked me to wait 48-72 hours to see if the package would "show up." Despite my concerns about this being a time-sensitive Christmas gift, I complied. After waiting, I followed up again and requested a resolution. To my shock, they refused to provide a refund or replacement. Their response stated:
"Thank you for patiently waiting as we investigated your delivery issue. We're sorry to tell you that we will not be providing you with a refund or reshipment of your order. Please understand that this is not a reflection of our lack of appreciation for your business or money spent. We are simply acting on the evidence that we have to work off of which is that your order has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier."
They further explained that their decision was based on the carrier's (USPS) confirmation of delivery and implied that without evidence to prove otherwise, they could not assist me further. This is absolutely unacceptable!
Unlike Amazon or other reputable companies, they don’t require a signature, provide photo evidence of delivery, or take accountability for packages lost in transit. Instead, they place the burden entirely on the customer. I’m now out $200 with no recourse or replacement.
I will never shop with this company again and would caution others against trusting their poor policies and lack of customer service. The reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 is that I love their merchandise, but until they open a brick-and-mortar store, they lost me as a customer.

Hi Steve,
We’re very sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with your order delivery.
Our support team works hard to ensure that customers receive their orders. While standard shipping for small orders does not require a signature upon delivery, large orders and upgraded shipping options provide additional security advantages.
If an order is not delivered by the delivery carrier, we will provide various solutions to our customers to ensure they receive their order, including replacements or a refund based on the customer's preference.
However, if an order is marked as delivered such as in your situation, then we require further details to refute that the order arrived. Despite our attempts to request evidence such as video footage from you, you were unable to provide us with any reasonable doubt that your order was not delivered.
Regrettably, we could not authorize a replacement of your order. All indications and information confirmed your order was properly delivered to your precise address, which included USPS tracking information.
We're sorry that this was not a more favourable experience for you. If you ever need help with an order issue in the future, please contact our customer support team directly.

Appalling Customer Service
I waited and waited to finally treat myself to a ring I had been eying up for a year, my small business had a really exciting project and as a reward to myself I thought now is the time. Using their own sizing guide using mm I picked my size and ordered, after nearly 2 weeks the ring arrived and excitedly I tried it on only to find it was WAY too small, thankfully they had included their own ring measuring tool in the package, using this I determined the size it should have been.
I went through the returns/exchange process to get a replacement in the correct size, which cost me an extra $6 plus postage, sent the item back to the UK returns centre via Royal Mail tracked 24 then emailed them as requested in the returns instructions with proof of postage and tracking number, now 2 weeks later and several attempts to contact the company I have had no response or update apart from one message from their Instagram page directing me to the websites contact us page.
I have used the website contact form, sent multiple emails and use social media and no one has answered, to cap it all their live chat on the website gives me error messages whenever I try to use that, I am down £160, have no ring, original nor replacement, and cannot seem to find a way to even speak to an employee to get some kind of resolution.
The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because the ring quality (although I only had it for a day or two) and packaging quality were great.

Hello Alex,
We're sorry for any negative experience you had with returning your item. We've been in touch with our support team and can see that we never received any emails associated with this issue until Saturday, May 18th. We did a deep dive to ensure your messages were not missed, and could not locate any correspondence prior to the above date. For context, our support team typically replies in under 24 hours, so we are not sure what happened but please accept our apologies for any confusion.
We have since provided you with a courtesy reshipment of your item, which is en route to your location now.
If you need any further assistance with this or future order-related matters, you can contact our support team directly at [email protected]

Bad customer service and dishonest communication
I ordered three times with no issue, save for one order that I had to return at my expense because the ring was missing a part.
The last order, however, was completely different. Although I asked for free shipping - and assumed that would mean shipping by regular mail as occurred on all previous orders - this time the order was shipped using FedEx.
Upon arrival of the order to my country, I was contacted by FedEx and asked to pay a grossly high amount to release the order. I refused and contacted the merchant, which completely disregarded my claims, and said that all orders over a certain amount are shipped using FedEx whether I ask for it or not - something that is nowhere to be found on the merchant's terms page. I said that had I known this was the case, I wouldn't have made the order.
I was ridiculously offered a discount on my next purchase instead of a solution to the problem at hand. I had to cancel the order to avoid the outrageous shipping cost.

Hi Avi,
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately all orders that are valued $799.99 USD or more have their shipping upgraded for free. This is to ensure to safety a reliability of your parcel being delivered.
We now have a help center to state this policy.
https://customer-support-clocksandcolours.gorgias.help/en-US/information-about-shipping-101304
As for customs charges, this is unfortunately something our company cannot control. Importing goods into another country will have the risk of paying duties and taxes to your government to clear a shipment.
We appreciate your feedback and we're really sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
