Hello Jo, alongside the old features that were available on the free plan, the Basic paid plan also offers many different options, and we hope that this can provide great value to the users. We are also keeping the free plan available for users whose workflow fits the new free plan, hoping that it can still help in their daily duties. Hello there, Appreciate the review. Please note that we have released the notification for all workspaces one month before the changes took place. We are sad to hear that the notification did not reach you. Please reach out to our Support Team at [email protected] and we will be happy to activate a 30-day free trial that you can use to navigate the recorded data and export anything if required!

Hello Roman, we made sure to push the in-app notification a month before the changes occurred. We are sad to learn that you did not receive it. With that in mind, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team at [email protected] and request a 30-day free trial due to this - we'll be happy to grant it! By activating the trial, you will be able to access all of your previous data with rates and export all of the data if needed. It was definitely not our intention for users not to be notified. More than one month ago to all owners of workspaces the notification has been sent, the usage of the app was not possible on the web browser before accepting this information about the changes.
